About Us

At Print Adventures, we're on a mission to redefine what a print shop should be: fast, reliable, and obsessively focused on quality. Whether you're launching a brand, outfitting your team, or creating something custom, we believe printing should feel personal, not like placing an order with a warehouse. Every project gets handled with care, precision, and a commitment to getting it right.

We’re a studio shaped by two distant generations: one rooted in experience, the other pushing new ideas forward. That mix gives us an edge: old-school standards, modern execution, and a deep respect for doing things the right way.

From our shop in Carmel, California, we run state-of-the-art equipment and print exclusively on hand-selected blanks we trust and wear ourselves. Tees, hoodies, hats, everything we offer is chosen for quality, comfort, and durability.

We move fast, but we never rush. Whether you're ordering 12 pieces or 12,000, we deliver industry-leading turnaround while prioritizing pristine execution.

FAQ

Why choose Direct-to-Garment?

DTG Printing:

Ideal for:

  • Small-batch, custom orders.
  • Intricate designs with multiple colors.
  • Photo-realistic prints.
  • Printing on 100% cotton and cotton-blend garments.

Advantages:

  • High-quality, soft prints.
  • Can handle detailed and complex designs.
  • Good for on-demand printing.

Disadvantages:

  • May be slower than DTF for large volumes.
  • Limited to cotton and cotton-blend fabrics.

Why choose Direct-to-Film?

DTF Printing:

Ideal for:

  • Large-volume production.
  • Versatility across different fabrics (including dark garments and synthetics).
  • Durability and vibrant colors on various materials.

Advantages:

  • More durable and wash-resistant prints.
  • Cost-effective for large-volume production.
  • Can be applied to a wider range of materials, including hats, bags, and other accessories.

Disadvantages:

  • Limited print size compared to DTG.
  • May not be as soft as DTG prints, which is why we recommend DTF for smaller prints or prints with more negative space.

What is the minimum number of garments I can order?

Because we do everything in house, no order is considered too small! While we do accept single-garment purchases, the cost-per-garment may decrease the more you order.

How long is the turnaround from design submission to completing the order?

The turnaround rate varies by order, but for smaller orders (1-300 garments) you can expect the production to be complete in approximately 2-4 weeks. Larger orders (300-3000) are likely to take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.
